One of Canada’s largest Multi-brand Retailers

The Challenge

This large enterprise client had engaged a Systems Integration partner to build integrations with more than 85 legacy systems – both on-premise and in the cloud. The client needed additional senior integration & business strategy expertise to ensure the design & build of all their integration solutions was robust and met business needs.

The Solution

The Client engaged Dispatch to work with Senior Management and teams in Finance, HR & Payroll organizations to ensure integrations met business needs. We worked with management and the Systems Integrator to design lean, flexible & robust integrations, and implemented strategies to reduce costs & improve capabilities. We complemented the capabilities of the SI, with our focus being on the business-side to ensure maximum value was delivered.
