Dispatch Integration Recognized as Workato’s 2025 North America Customer Impact Award Winner

Dispatch Integration has been named Workato’s North America Customer Impact Award winner at Workato’s Annual Partner Kickoff in March 2025. The award recognizes Dispatch’s exceptional work delivering measurable customer business outcomes through intelligent workflow orchestration with its application of the Workato platform.  

Out of over 500 global Workato partners, Dispatch was honored as one of five partners receiving awards for growth, innovation, and customer impact. The Customer Impact Award specifically celebrates partners that have gone above and beyond to drive transformational results for enterprise customers using Workato.

The award highlighted Dispatch’s work with a major retail organization employing more than 250,000 people, managing 60,000 annual new hires, and processing over 4 million job applications. Dispatch engineered an AI-driven automation solution that transformed the new hire workflow, processing candidate communications via text message for superior candidate experience while dramatically accelerating time through the hiring process.

The business impact was substantial: millions of dollars in annual savings, faster and more responsive candidate communication throughout the hiring journey, and hundreds of HR employees freed from repetitive administrative work to focus on strategic initiatives.
