Multinational Aerospace Technology Company
Problem:
The company had introduced Workday and a separate Applicant Tracking System to hire pilots internationally. These systems were not connected, which resulted excess manual data entry, delays, and errors. They wanted an integrated system so that candidates could be tracked, hired and automatically transitioned into employment positions using their main HRIS.
Solution:
The client engaged Dispatch to build an integration between these two systems. We worked with Canadian and international users, software vendors and internal IT to design, build, test and configure a robust business solution.
