The Microsoft for Startups program is an extraordinary initiative that enables software-oriented startups to tap into the tools, platforms, resources and network at Microsoft to accelerate growth. Microsoft works with tech hubs and accelerators around the world to localize and deliver this program. We are a proud member and client of BCTech in Vancouver, who is a Microsoft for Startups partner.
At Dispatch, we build enterprise workflow automation and data integration solutions that need to be ultra-secure, super-reliable, resilient, and massively scalable. A lot of the payloads on our systems contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Many of our clients have strict data sovereignty requirements – that is, protected data that originates in a jurisdiction must remain in that jurisdiction.
We’ve already built our solutions – Handshake, Sentinel, and Compare using Microsoft technologies because of Microsoft’s proven enterprise-grade capabilities and ease of maintainability. We have also chosen Azure DevOps as our development environment because it has a great balance of project management and code management capabilities. We are now upgrading our cloud solution to Azure to strengthen our cloud-platform security and performance.
We are grateful that we have been selected to participate in the Microsoft for Startups program.
